The Isle of Wight Cycling Festival is a celebration of all things cycling and pedal power.
‘The Festival will launch at Seaclose Park, Newport with a fantastic Cycle Show where there will be all kinds of cycling experiences to take part in. Highlights of the day will include a mountain bike stunt display and the crazy ‘Sink or Swim’ Cycle the Medina event that see cycle eccentrics create pedal powered crafts that will get them from one side of the river to the other – hopefully without getting wet! This year we will be welcoming TV celebrity Charlie Dimmock to start the Sink or Swim race.’
