The SQ2SQ 2008 team are very pleased to announce the availability of the SQ2SQ 2008 Isle of Wight Festival Prize Draw tickets to win a pair of Isle of Wight Festival 2008 tickets.
The prize has very kindly been donated by John Giddings of Solo Agency Limited, the organiser and promoter of the Isle of Wight Festival. Sincere thanks from the SQ2SQ Team to Mr Giddings for his kindness and generosity to the Square to Square Charity Cycle Challenge 2008 Appeal.
The Isle of Wight Festival 2008 will be held from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June 2008.

All proceeds from the sale of the prize draw tickets will go to the Square to Square Charity Cycle Challenge Appeal 2008 for the diagnosis, treatment and care of cancer and leukemia patients.
The SQ2SQ Team and supporters will be promoting and selling the prize draw tickets at various events and locations on the Island.

Only applications received on the official SQ2SQ application form for the SQ2SQ 2008 Isle of Wight Festival Prize Draw will be accepted. Applications will not be accepted by e-mail or telephone.
Online application forms sent by post must be received by Thursday 29 May 2008, to allow for processing and payment clearance. Tickets will be posted to you (please ensure you enclose a stamped addressed envelope).

Please allow 7 to 14 days for receipt of your SQ2SQ 2008 Isle of Wight Prize Draw tickets.
The prize draw takes place on Friday 6th June 2008 at Newport Fire Station, Isle of Wight from 12 noon.

Terms and Conditions
Definitions
''SQ2SQ’ means the Square to Square Charity Cycle Challenge, a not for profit organisation.
The ‘purchaser’ means the individual/s, partnership, company or organisation who purchase prize draw tickets for the SQ2SQ 2008 Isle of Wight Festival Prize Draw.
Acceptance
By purchasing the SQ2SQ 2008 Isle of Wight Festival Prize Draw tickets the purchaser agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
You are judged to have read and understood these conditions. It is a condition of placing an order that you are bound by these terms.
You also agree to be bound by any terms and conditions under which the tickets, and subsequent entry to the festival with the ticket and wristband, are offered and made available by the promoter, Solo Agency Limited.
Only applications received on the official SQ2SQ application form for the SQ2SQ 2008 Isle of Wight Festival Prize Draw will be accepted. Applications will not be accepted by e-mail or telephone.
In the event of the winner not being able to use the prize and attend the Isle of Wight Festival 2008 no alternative prize or cash prize is available.
Re-sale
The prize draw tickets nor the Isle of Wight Festival Tickets are not to be re-sold.
Postal Delays/Non Receipt of Applications
In the event of postal delays, loss or non receipt of application forms SQ2SQ cannot be held responsible.
Similarly SQ2SQ cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of prize draw tickets sent by post to the applicant.
Travel/Accommodation Costs
The prize of the two Isle of Wight Festival 2008 tickets does not include travel to or from the festival or accommodation on the Isle of Wight. It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for these costs.
SQ2SQ accepts no responsibiily or offers any alternative prizes in the event of the winner not being able to use the prize and attend the Isle of Wight Festival 2008 due to bad weather, sickness or other reasons.
Cancellation
Once you have submitted your application form to purchase tickets no refund is available.
Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Variation
These Terms and Conditions may be varied from time to time. Such variation shall be notified on the Square to Square Charity Cycle Challenge website.
