On the Challenge: - Second SQ2SQ challenge - completed SQ2SQ 2005 to Prague: 1.014 miles completed with a sore butt.
Odds on completing the Challenge: - Challenging but will not fail, whilst raising loads of money for charity.
Body Composition
Each cyclist is having his body composition analysed during the lead up and during the challenge.
The body composition monitoring is measuring the cyclist's weight, body fat percentage, water percentage, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone mass, basal metabolic rate, and metabolic age.

Training
All of the cyclists are undertaking an intense period of training leading up to the challenge in September 2008.
Each individual cyclist is starting his training from varying level of fitness, with the aim of achieving a satisfactory level of fitness prior to the challenge in order to be able to complete the 1,400 miles inn 14 days.
