Body Composition
Body Composition
Each cyclist is having his body composition analysed during the lead up and during the challenge.
The body composition monitoring is measuring the cyclist's weight, body fat percentage, water percentage, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone mass, basal metabolic rate, and metabolic age.
